| Why sell the business? | I planned on retiring in the future. Normally when a business is sold I would stay onboard for as long as needed to assist. I have built this business and never want it to fail or slow down as my name will always be associated with it. I am proud of what I developed and do not want a new buy to ever fail. I can always help a bit as needed. I am not looking to escape immediately. USA Security will always survise and increase as I will help. |
| Are you looking to recapitalize the business by selling a majority stake to aggressively take the business to next level? | We can increase the business after the sale. We are currently increasing it quite a bit. |
| Who will remain on the ownership level? | The ownership level will be the buyer. I have great staff that will stay on and increase their positions to continue to help increasing sales for USA Security. |
| Is the owner(s) planning to stay around? If so, what is their thinking? | As I stated prior to I plan on staying with USA Security to assist to continue and to teach the operations to the buyer. I would expect to stay on board for approximately 1 year but will need to discuss it with the buyer to see what is needed. As I said earlier I never want the business to fail and will always help even on a single basis as needed. Have the buyer to discuss his/her plans with me and I'll offer them my recommendations. |

| Why did the business start? | I am a retired commander from the Hartford Police Department and was in charge of many many different items for the P.D. A primary one was all special security for any and all type of events, concerts, sporting events, staduim events, labor disputes+++ and or Presidential and dignitary visits. I was the initial planner for the P.D. and Federal agencies for Pres visits and not only planned the event, executed the actual event and was in charge of the entire event. I also was decorated by 2 Pres for doing a wonderful job. I'd be happy to show you a CV for me as well for all of my experiences. |

| How did business get to where it is at? | USA Security started originally in Newington, CT initially, but did move to Glastonbury, CT 3 years ago as we received a better office situation and an easire location for staffing to attend as needed. |
| Aggregations or Organic growth? | We are growing with many internal staff from myself and initial management staff. We are doing exceptional well with management staffing. They are exceptional and would stay on board. |

| What is the unique story of business -- how is it different then their competition –what makes them better/worse? | What makes USA Security much better is that we have a company moral, WE ARE NOT ABSENTEE LANDLOARDS! What this means is that all security companies often times are thrown out and we get hired as our reputation and name is outstanding. Our management team is available to assist and or guide clients 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. This is very clearly not available by all other companies. We never disaapeer from our clients. Most companies do not respond to or assist their client, but USA Security always does. |
