Why did the business start?

6 Years ago, we saw the gap in the market for having a single portal to streamline operations and efficiently grow online businesses in the health and wellness space. We built the tech stack that powered six pack shortcuts and led to the growth of that company from 2.5M to 30M in about 2 years. We shortly left the company and were approached by other companies trying to replicate their same success.

We built a scalable and technology to allow direct response companies to efficiently run their business and see the same or better online conversions from their sales pages & funnels coupled with back end automation and monetization tools. We saw the power that the right foundational tech stack would provide for companies in this space and we set out to level the playing field for companies that could not afford enterprise level solutions.

Why did the business start?

How did business get to where it is at?

We focused our attention on front end conversion tools for online companies to acquire more business. One clients success led to the next and we had organic growth by way of referrals to leverage our software. Then we rolled out the Sales CRM & Dialer functionality to expand the capabilities and saw even bigger potential there.
After failing to get other call centers to successfully leverage our platform we opened our own internal sales team for companies to outsource their sales to our team and were able to produce 6 & 7 figure growth for our clients.

Aggregations or Organic growth?

Our growth strategy has always been organic referrals from our existing partners. In the past couple of month in attending industry events and trade shows we've grown our presence in the space and have a huge pipeline of clients that need our services.

Any tailwinds or headwinds facing business/sector?

We've invested heavily in the growth of our facilities to be able to fully pursue our pipeline and are just starting to see that come back in. Were still lacking resources in key areas to maximize all output and thats where we plan to re-invest in the company.

Sector insights from owner and what the opportunity going forward with new owner might look like?

There is a huge need for our products and services and plan to expand our serviceable market once we reach significant market penetration for 1 vertical. We'd like to pursue other strategic partners and channels to grow with as we see fit.

What is the unique story of business -- how is it different then their competition –what makes them better/worse?

What makes us unique is that our background is in direct response for health and wellness at a high level of expertise. Most other companies are too broad and generalized solutions that don't provide the same level of attention and frankly results. We've scaled over 10 companies to 7 & 8 figures now and plan to continue specializing in tools for our clients that enable them to succeed. When they succeed, we succeed.

In the past 3 months we onboarded 4 new clients that are in the ramp up stage, another 3 that are starting to produce over 100k/month and have 6-7 hot opportunities that represent an additional 20M in Revenue if materialized. That is all from simply doing more of what we are already doing. Not including improvements, enhancements and or new opportunities. Just needing the extra resources to capitalize on these opportunities.
